Language is not just how we communicate — it is how we construct reality. The stories we tell ourselves about who we are, what we deserve, and what is possible shape every decision we make. This course examines the relationship between thought, language, and lived experience through the lens of the ReTAIE Thoughts & Talk pillar. You will analyse the specific words and phrases that reinforce limitation, practise cognitive reframing techniques drawn from CBT and NLP, and build a personal vocabulary of empowerment. By the end, you will communicate differently — to yourself and to the world — and the difference will be tangible.
