Marcus Webb

Mindset & Communication Coach

NLP CBT Communication Mindset

Marcus came to mindset work through language — specifically, through the observation that the people he admired most in his life spoke about themselves and their circumstances in a distinctive way. They were not relentlessly positive. They were relentlessly accurate. That distinction became the foundation of his approach. He trained as a therapist in his late twenties, completing a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy before adding certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, solution-focused brief therapy, and performance coaching. Over the following decade, he built a practice working with professional athletes navigating career transitions, executives preparing for high-stakes communication, and organisations trying to shift cultures of self-limiting language. Marcus is the author of two well-regarded workshop programmes on language and leadership, and is regularly invited to speak at organisations interested in the relationship between communication patterns and organisational performance. He brings warmth, precision, and a certain irreverence to every room he enters.

Most mindset work is too vague to change anything. 'Think positively.' 'Believe in yourself.' These are destinations, not routes. My work is about specifics — the exact words you use, the precise patterns you run, the particular moments when your language either opens a door or closes one. Change the language specifically, and the mindset follows.

Every sentence you say to yourself is a vote for a particular version of your future. Choose carefully.

The ReTAIE Principle Assessment

There comes a time in every life when movement is no longer enough — alignment becomes necessary. This assessment is designed to help you pause, reflect, and confront your current reality with honesty and clarity.

It is not a test of intelligence, success, or spirituality. It is a tool for self-discovery, alignment, and intentional transformation.

T

How to Approach This

🎯
Be Honest
Answer based on your current reality, not your ideal self.
🌱
Stay Open
Be willing to confront what is uncomfortable but necessary.
💪
Take Responsibility
Your results are not for judgment — they are for alignment and growth.

There are no "good" or "bad" scores — only truthful indicators.
A low score is a call for attention and transformation. A high score is a call for consistency and multiplication.

Before You Begin, Ask Yourself

  • Am I ready to see myself truthfully?
  • Am I willing to change what I discover?
  • Am I prepared to take responsibility for my growth?
