Yemi Adewale

Growth & Evidence Facilitator

Facilitation Narrative Practice Growth Portfolios

Yemi came to facilitation accidentally. A trained journalist and writer, he was working on a long-form piece about adult learning when he stumbled into his first personal development workshop and found himself, mid-session, genuinely changed by an exercise he had expected to find gimmicky. That experience — of being surprised by the depth of something he had dismissed — became both a personal turning point and a professional obsession. He has since retrained in facilitation, narrative practice, and coaching, building a distinctive style that blends the storyteller's craft with the evidence-builder's rigour. His particular gift is helping people find the words for experiences they have had but never articulated — and in that articulation, discover both the significance of what they have been through and the direction it points them toward. Yemi has facilitated over 300 workshops across corporate, community, educational, and public sector contexts. He writes a widely-read newsletter on growth, evidence, and the practice of conscious living. He is the youngest member of the ReTAIE faculty and brings an energy and cultural fluency that makes his sessions consistently among the most highly rated in the programme.

Everyone has a story of genuine growth. Most people have just never been asked to tell it properly. My work is about creating the conditions in which people can excavate that story, understand it, and use it — not as something that happened to them in the past, but as a resource they carry into everything they do next.
"
Your growth story is not just yours. It is evidence for everyone who has not yet believed that change is possible for them.

The ReTAIE Principle Assessment

There comes a time in every life when movement is no longer enough — alignment becomes necessary. This assessment is designed to help you pause, reflect, and confront your current reality with honesty and clarity.

It is not a test of intelligence, success, or spirituality. It is a tool for self-discovery, alignment, and intentional transformation.

T

How to Approach This

🎯
Be Honest
Answer based on your current reality, not your ideal self.
🌱
Stay Open
Be willing to confront what is uncomfortable but necessary.
💪
Take Responsibility
Your results are not for judgment — they are for alignment and growth.

There are no "good" or "bad" scores — only truthful indicators.
A low score is a call for attention and transformation. A high score is a call for consistency and multiplication.

Before You Begin, Ask Yourself

  • Am I ready to see myself truthfully?
  • Am I willing to change what I discover?
  • Am I prepared to take responsibility for my growth?
