Tunde Adeyemi
Leadership & Performance Coach
Tunde spent thirteen years as a professional footballer, including stints in the Nigerian national setup and clubs across Europe, before a knee injury at 31 ended his playing career and forced the kind of identity reckoning that most athletes are never prepared for. The three years that followed — rebuilding a sense of purpose, confronting the habits of mind that had both served and limited him as a competitor, and discovering a passion for helping others through similar transitions — became the foundation of everything he does now. He retrained in sports psychology and executive coaching, eventually completing an MBA with a focus on leadership and organisational behaviour. He has since worked with Olympians, Premier League footballers, C-suite executives, military officers, and community leaders — anyone for whom performance under pressure is both a professional requirement and a personal challenge. Tunde brings an energy and directness to his facilitation that cuts through resistance without brutalising it. He is also, perhaps unexpectedly, one of the most emotionally intelligent practitioners on the ReTAIE faculty — a quality his participants consistently identify as the reason his work produces changes that actually stick.
Courage is not the absence of fear. It is the decision, made in advance, about what you will do when fear arrives.
