Dr. Sarah Okafor

Lead Facilitator & Co-Founder

Psychology Executive Coaching Organisational Development

Sarah's journey into personal development began not in a lecture hall but in a crisis. At 29, after burning out from a high-achieving career she had built on external expectations rather than internal values, she found herself asking the kinds of questions she had always helped others avoid. That period of honest reckoning became the seed of what would eventually become the ReTAIE framework. She holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the London School of Economics, and is a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, NGOs, government ministries, and individual high-performers who were achieving everything on paper and feeling hollow about all of it. Sarah is also a published researcher, with her work on self-awareness and leadership effectiveness cited in peer-reviewed journals across three continents. She currently divides her time between Lagos, London, and the growing network of ReTAIE facilitators she trains and mentors.

I built ReTAIE because I kept watching brilliant people fail — not for lack of capability, but for lack of honest self-knowledge. The framework is not a system I invented so much as one I excavated from what I saw actually working in the people I admired most. It begins with truth. Everything else follows from there.
"
The most courageous thing a person can do is to see themselves clearly and choose to keep going anyway.

The ReTAIE Principle Assessment

There comes a time in every life when movement is no longer enough — alignment becomes necessary. This assessment is designed to help you pause, reflect, and confront your current reality with honesty and clarity.

It is not a test of intelligence, success, or spirituality. It is a tool for self-discovery, alignment, and intentional transformation.

The Eight Dimensions

R
Realisation
Awareness of truth
T
Thoughts
Your internal belief system
T*
Talk
Your spoken words
A
Action
Your behaviours and habits
I
Attitude
Your inner posture
E
Impact
Your contribution and influence
E*
Evidence
The visible results of your life
L
Legacy
What your life ultimately builds

How to Approach This

🎯
Be Honest
Answer based on your current reality, not your ideal self.
🌱
Stay Open
Be willing to confront what is uncomfortable but necessary.
💪
Take Responsibility
Your results are not for judgment — they are for alignment and growth.

There are no "good" or "bad" scores — only truthful indicators.
A low score is a call for attention and transformation. A high score is a call for consistency and multiplication.

Before You Begin, Ask Yourself

  • Am I ready to see myself truthfully?
  • Am I willing to change what I discover?
  • Am I prepared to take responsibility for my growth?
